3. Booking and Payment

3.1 Booking: Services can be booked through our website, by phone, or by email. All bookings are subject to confirmation and availability.

3.2 Pricing: Prices are as quoted on our website or as communicated during the booking process. All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and inclusive of applicable taxes.

3.3 Payment: Payment methods accepted include bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and cash. Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking, as specified during the booking process.

3.4 Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Late cancellations may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service cost. No-shows will be charged the full service fee.

4. Customer Responsibilities

4.1 Access: The customer is responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property for the scheduled service.

4.2 Safety: The customer must inform us of any potential hazards or special conditions at the property.

4.3 Personal Items: We are not responsible for damage to personal items that were not properly stored or protected. Valuable or fragile items should be secured by the customer before the service.

4.4 Pets: Please secure pets appropriately during the cleaning service for their safety and the safety of our staff.

5. Service Quality and Guarantees

5.1 Satisfaction Guarantee: We strive to provide high-quality services and customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will address your concerns.

5.2 Liability: While we take utmost care during our services, our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear and tear.
